The new service center, located in Gurugram, Haryana, further expands Maruti Suzuki’s network, now reaching across 2,500 cities nationwide.

Maruti Suzuki’s service network has grown steadily since its first workshop opened in 1983. It took 14 years to reach 1,000 service centers, followed by a consistent expansion rate for the next 9 years. Remarkably, the most recent 1,000 service centers were added in just 3 years, highlighting the company’s accelerated focus on customer accessibility.

Maruti Suzuki emphasizes a “Customer First” approach. Their Managing Director, Mr. Hisashi Takeuchi, reiterated their commitment to providing convenient service options. The extensive network ensures customers can easily find authorized Maruti Suzuki service stations, no matter their location.

Looking ahead, Mr. Takeuchi emphasizes the importance of a strong service network alongside increasing sales. He highlighted the record number of new service centers added last year, with a focus on reaching non-urban markets. This growth has allowed Maruti Suzuki to service a record-breaking 25 million vehicles in the past year.
