About the Incubation Program for Mobility Startups:

The Incubation Program for Mobility Startups is an innovative initiative by an automobile manufacturing company, offering startups a unique opportunity to collaborate with business teams on real-time industry use cases and develop industry-ready solutions. The program, receiving over 300 applications for its second cohort, involved a rigorous evaluation process conducted by experts from Maruti Suzuki and NSRCEL. The top eight early-stage startups, selected after several rounds, proceeded to a 6-month incubation program.

Throughout the shortlisting stages, the startups received training and mentorship from domain experts at Maruti Suzuki, academia, industry professionals, and venture capitalists to enhance their solutions for practical use. The startups were also provided guidance on connecting with potential investors. Aligned with the Government’s ‘Start-up India’ and ‘Digital India’ initiatives, Maruti Suzuki actively engages with startups at various maturity stages through multiple innovation programs, including the Pre-Incubation Program (Nurture), Incubation Program, Mobility and Automobile Innovation Lab (MAIL), and Mobility Challenge.
